MANUSCRIPT CONSIDERATION

Bulletin accepts manuscripts for consideration on the strict condition that the author provides a full package of documents, namely:

Text of the manuscript: printed and digital versions (obligatory);
Form filled by the author;
Peer Review;
Author's Application.

You can also deliver it personally or via a delivery service.

When a full package of documents is submitted, the manuscript undergoes our inner review and editing; the author is given all necessary information on the payment for publication of their paper.

Authors will be informed on any alterations requested in case the Editorial Board decides so.
