PEER REVIEW POLICY
Peer review is one of the supporting documents which authors submit along with the manuscript according to the Order of MES of Ukraine #1111 dated 17.10.2012, art.2.11 and 3.1. Manuscripts undergo peer reviewing in order to provide the journal with articles of high quality.
Manuscripts of both post-graduate students and candidates for a doctoral degree must have a peer review provided by a Doctor of Science. Manuscripts of Candidates of Sciences must have a peer review provided by a Ph.D., associate professor or head researcher. Manuscripts of Doctors of Sciences require no peer review. Your colleague from the same department of faculty CAN'T be accepted as a reviwer.
Reviewers provide their peer review in written where they point out the following:
- evaluation of the problem described in the manuscript and its relevance to the subject-matter of the journal;
- evaluation of the manuscript itself: given scientific theses and results; novelty of the scientific theses and results; relevance of the scientific theses and results;
- remarks on the manuscript presentation and formatting;
- suggestions on necessary alterations in the text;
- conclusion on publication possibility.
The reviewer's surname must be typed at the end of the article in Bulletin of KhSADA. A peer review must have a reviewer's signature and a stamp of the personnel department where the reviewer works. The manuscript with a reviewer's signature must be stored at the editorial office for 2 years.
